immocan

immocan is a real estate portfolio and finance app. It tracks properties across multi-family houses, WEG and single apartments, down to units, rooms, tenants and rental contracts, including shared flats where each room has its own tenant.

On the money side it covers transactions, cashflow, and loans with interest and repayment, with several loans per property. Access is role-based, with admin, editor and viewer roles.

The CSV import reads German bank exports, matches payments to tenants and financing by IBAN, amount and name, detects duplicates, and learns from earlier categorisations.
